Jacob Weymer Procunier, The son of Henry & Frances Weymer (Manuel ) Procunier SR. Jacob was the second child of nine children. Born August 29th 1821, Jacob married circa 1847 Emily Jane Foster (1827-1906). Together they had eleven children. Jacob died in 1914. It is said by family that they pronounced Procunier as "PROK-RU-NEE-YER"
