Helen Ethel MacDougall, the daughter of Chesley MacDougall & Caroline May Procunier. Helen was born October 22, 1903 Fargo St Clair, Michigan, died February 12, 1992 Ingham, Lansing, Michigan. On October 24, 1928 Helen married Wilbur Joseph Snell. Together they had one child.
