Joanne Helen Snell, the daughter of Wilbur Joseph Snell & Helen Ethel MacDougall. Joanne was born July 24, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio. Joanne married Kenneth J. Harvey on June 12, 1954 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.Together they have two children. Joanne is the Peter Procunier Jr family Genealogist and has done most of the research on the Peter Jr linage.
